Danielle and Jeff Cousler are the owners and founders of A Thyme Savor Catering. Danielle, the original Chef and creative force behind the company, began cooking for clients from her own kitchen over 20 years ago. Jeff has played an integral role in growing the business, overseeing accounting, marketing, and the management of our facilities and catering equipment.
Liz Brown, our Catering Director, is the trusted expert for all things catering-related. With extensive catering experience and a strong focus on detail and organization, Liz has helped refine our processes and elevate our operations, contributing significantly to our growth as a premier catering company in Eastern North Carolina.
Executive Chef Brad Hagler brings a wealth of restaurant industry experience to our team. With a traditional yet refined approach to his cuisine and sauces, Brad consistently delivers dishes that leave a lasting impression—many clients tell us it is the best food they have ever experienced.
Our menus focus on traditional Southern and Italian cuisine with an elevated touch. We prioritize sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients and supporting local producers whenever possible to ensure both exceptional flavor and a meaningful connection to our Eastern North Carolina community.
We are also committed to environmentally responsible practices, utilizing biodegradable and recyclable products whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.
